Food Ingredients.





An easy way that you can generally gauge how nutritious a food is is by looking at the list of ingredients. If it has only 1 ingredient, then it is usually very good for you. Single ingredient foods are Fish, Meat, Vegetables, fruit, nuts, etc. However, if a food has a list of ingredients as long as your arm, and full of Chemical Concoctions and E numbers, then it's best avoided.....
