Margarine and Vegetable Oils

One thing that we should never consume, and which are key drivers of many of the Health Problems that we are faced with today is consumption of probably two of the most Toxic products that we are faced with today. Worse still, we are even told by many other 'Health Organisations' to replace healthy natural fats for these toxic concoctions, highly processed with many toxic chemicals and bleaches used in the refining process. They are nothing to do with vegetables either, they are highly processed seed oils.
These products are a major contributor to a host of many conditions such as Inflammation, Oxidization due to excessive free radicals produced when you consume them. They are full of chemicals, and are not natural products for us to consume. They also play a big part in weight gain, especially the toxic visceral or belly fat that we see so many people with today. For spreading or baking just use natural butter, which can be softened with a little added extra virgin Olive Oil. For frying use oils like Avacado, Coconut Oil, Lard, Beef Dripping or Ghee. Natural fats, and just make sure they are extra Virgin.
